We may refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe these Terms or applicable laws are violated.
3) Changes to the site and to these Terms
We may update content, features, and prices without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
4) Products, pricing & availability
Product descriptions, images, colors, prices, and availability may change at any time. We aim to display products accurately but cannot ensure your device's display of colors.
We may limit sales of products to any person, region, or jurisdiction and may limit quantities per order/account/address.
5) Orders & acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors). If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email/phone provided at checkout.
6) Billing & account information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details and to promptly update information such as your email, addresses, and payment method/expiry dates. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed with inaccurate or unverifiable details.
7) Shipping, delivery & returns
Shipping, delivery timeframes, and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return Policy (linked in the footer). Please review them carefully before purchasing.
Return window and conditions are described in our Return Policy.
Any applicable fees, currencies, and addresses for returns are specified there.
Delivery estimates are indicative; customs delays are outside our control.
8) Optional tools & third-party services
We may provide access to third-party tools and integrations (e.g., payment providers, analytics, review widgets) on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties. Your use of third-party tools and any third-party websites linked from our site is at your own discretion and subject to those third parties' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, security, or practices.
9) User content & feedback
If you send us reviews, comments, suggestions, or other materials ("Submissions"), you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, and distribute such Submissions for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. We may monitor, edit, or remove content that we consider unlawful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
You warrant your Submissions do not violate third-party rights (including IP, privacy, or publicity rights), are not defamatory or illegal, and do not contain malware.
10) Personal data
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy (see footer link). It explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable data-protection laws.
11) Errors & omissions
From time to time, information on the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (e.g., product descriptions, pricing, availability). We reserve the right to correct, update, or cancel orders affected by such issues at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
12) Prohibited uses
In addition to any other restrictions in these Terms, you may not use the Services or content:
- for unlawful purposes
- to violate regulations, laws, or local ordinances
- to infringe intellectual-property rights
- to harass, defame, discriminate, or harm others

We may terminate or limit access for violations.
13) Warranties disclaimer
Except where prohibited by law, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the United Kingdom, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
14) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, parkdalehouse and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs; or for any damages arising from your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless parkdalehouse and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
15a) Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom you have a legal right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and you have rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our Refund Policy explains how to use these rights and sets out the additional 30-day return period we offer voluntarily. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
16) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17) Termination
These Terms remain effective unless and until terminated by you or us. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms, without prejudice to any amounts due up to the date of termination. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
18) Entire agreement & no waiver
These Terms, together with policies posted on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Services and supersede prior agreements or communications. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
19) Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules grant you additional rights.
