How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within the United Kingdom takes 5 to 12 business days, so 6 to 15 business days in total from the moment you order. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. All duties and taxes are already included in the price you paid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery and no customs paperwork for you to handle. Do you offer free shipping?

What does parkdalehouse stand for?
parkdalehouse is an online lighting shop for customers in the United Kingdom. We sell chandeliers, pendants, ceiling and wall lights, table and floor lamps and outdoor lighting, chosen for real homes rather than showrooms. parkdalehouse is a trading name of VD.PARK, registered in the Netherlands under company number (KvK) 94926956, Poldermanstraat 56, 1764 HC Breezand.
What happens if I receive a defective product?
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will of course replace it free of charge. Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the goods so we can arrange the return and replacement. For more information, please see our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes. If your order has not been dispatched yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has been dispatched you still have a legal right to cancel: under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. What is your return policy?
We offer a simple and straightforward return process. You can find the full terms on our Refund Policy page.
When will I receive my refund after returning a product?
Once your return arrives we inspect it within 2 to 5 business days, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, as required by law. The money goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider it can take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
